Giveaway
My first ever giveaway of the Paris Traveller's bag pattern by figtree.I made my new Retreat Bag a few weeks back.
If you would love a copy of this wonderful pattern please leave a comment about the thing you love best about Retreat or a favourite Paris Memory, I love ......................... I would also like you to become a friend of circle retreat quilter, if you are not already, its that easy. if you are already lets hear thank you so.... lets hear your best memory or moment.
There are so many wonderful things about both I could go on and on. What about when you go on retreat and you stay up late sewing most of the night, having a few wines and sew with no bobbin thread when you are quilting a very long line and dont notice for so long, its the standing joke for the rest of the weekend. Bloody Nora............oh that was such a great weekend. topped off with Moet the next night. ahhh
Goodluck.. Stacey I will post anywhere in the world to you.
thanks for dropping by.

Hi Stacey, thanks for the giveaway and I have blogged about it on my blog.....
cheers
Christine
Hi Stacey. I just read about your giveaway on Christine's blog. The Paris bag is gorgeous! My favorite Paris memory is of going up the Eiffel Tower and seeing the city by night.
I'm new to your blog, but I like what little I've seen! Good job!

Happy Quilting!
Hi Stacey,
Thanks for the chance at the giveaway. I have blogged on my blog, the thing I love about retreats is the fellowship of other women, lots and lots of lovely food, to many laughs, and its over tooo quick lol.
Kind regards
Pam
Retreat memory: Another group of firefighters at the same place. ONE woman in their group. She kept coming in to our workroom every time they had a break, walking around, saying she had never done any sewing, just looking and commenting. In the evening she wanted to know when we were going to drink our beer, so she could drink with us. Obviously their group was well started. We kept trying to be hospitable, but she didn't know how to respond to a group of women who were having a good time together quietly. . . though we did lots of laughing!
An enacted parable of a woman separated from her natural kinship with other women.
I have just been on my first retreat, I loved not doing any housework and sewing from 8am until very late at night with no complaints from children!
I heard about you from Christines blog and have become a follower too!
love the retreat bag...retreats are fun...lots of laughter...lots of stitching and just an escape from the everyday!!!and lots of yummy eating...
I now follow...
What do I love about retreats? Being with my sewing friends, giggling and laughing or discussing important issues. Not having to think about cooking. And sewing, sewing and more sewing!
Stacey, I would LOVE to win the pattern. My favorite Paris memory is the Aviatic hotel in Montmartre. I hope to get back someday.
